BCA Capability Statement

BCA Capability Statements are often requested by Council for submission with a Development Application (DA) for proposed developments.

A BCA Capability Statement assures Council that the building is capable of achieving compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) without significant amendments to the proposed plans.

As Building Regulations Consultants and Accredited Certifiers, Davis Group can compare your proposed development against the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and prepare a BCA Capability Statement for submission to Council.
